Connecting St. Augustine With The World

Fun with Flowers... for Kids! (Free)

Jul 27, 2012 - Jul 28, 2012 All Day

Children ages 5-12 are invited to become "Bee Detectives" and to make-and-take child-friendly, creative floral arrangements using food and flowers. Meet Eric, a professional beekeeper, and learn all about bees and why not to be afraid of our pollinators. As a program preview, watch this lovely video to catch a glimpse of our beautiful pollinators!

Workshops sizes are limited, so pre-registration is required. Please contact your branch library for details and to register. PLEASE NOTE: Beekeeper Eric will bring a safe, live hive of honeybees and children under the age of 10 must have a parent or guardian present for the duration of the program.
