St Augustine Night Life

With the salty air rustling through the lit-up palm trees, stretching your shadows along the walls of the Castillo and looking out into the dark bay, you’ll no doubt realize that St. Augustine is the perfect place for a quiet, romantic get-away. There are, however, other options available to take advantage of the beautiful balmy evenings here. There are ghost tours that run from dusk through midnight that can be either a memorable date or fun for the whole family. On warm summer nights, and on weekends, the shops of St. George Street are open to accommodate an after-dinner ice cream or pastry craving. Live music abounds every night of the week in the lively taverns, pubs, and restaurants in and around St. George Street, as well as on Anastasia Island, near the beach. Don’t forget to also plan time to take in some live theater, which is very active in St. Augustine, both in town and at Flagler College.

A night out on the oldest town begins here.
