Apex Theatre Studio Bard Bus at The Amp presenting A Midsummer Night’s Dream

Apex Theater Studio Bard Bus tour will be at the Backyard Stage at The St. Augustine Amphitheatre.  They’ll be presenting their hilarious A Midsummer Night’s Dream.  The company features professional actors, teaching artists, and students from Apex Theatre Studio.

This annual, touring Shakespeare production renders an 80-minute, high energy version of a romantic rave, replete with music, magic, puppetry and clowning. “For me, the play explores the games we all play to give and receive love in its’ many forms”, remarked Raines Carr, artistic director for the production.

A pre-show featuring live music, improv games, and food trucks will also be part of the experience.

This production is sponsored in part by the St. Johns Cultural Council and the St. Johns County Tourist Development Council.
