Field to Fork Exhibit: Voices of Hastings Food Story

Residents, visitors, and students will have a unique opportunity to explore the history and future of food in rural Florida.  At this traveling exhibit, you can explore Hastings’ rich agricultural heritage.

The exhibit explores how food shapes identity, culture, economy, and community life in Hastings … Florida’s historic “Potato Capital”.  Through photographs, stories, artifacts, and interactive elements, the exhibit brings to life the voices of farmers, families, and food leaders whose work has sustained the region for generations.

The Grand Opening is April 1, 2026* at Noon and is open to the public.
