Mary is a Grammy-nominated American folk singer-songwriter and author, whose songs have been covered by performers including Time McGraw, Blake Shelton, Kathy Mattea, Boy George, Jimmy Buffett and more.
Jaimee was hailed by NPR to become the next queen of Americana-Folk, a slightly edgier Emmylou Harris for the younger generation.
Saturday, June 21, 2025 — Sparky and Rhonda Rucker with Veronika Jackson
Sparky is internationally recognized as a leading folklorist, musician, historian, storyteller, and author. He accompanies himself with fingerstyle picking and bottleneck blues guitar, banjo, and spoons. Rhonda Rucker is a musician, children’s author, storyteller, and songwriter. Her blues-style harmonica, piano, old-time banjo, and bones add musical versatility to their performances.
Veronika has taken the acoustic folk guitar and the history of her culture as an African-American woman and has generated her own original, authentic and exciting style of music. She is a rare and unique performer.
