Homeschool Birding Program

Calling all homeschoolers … join SJC Parks & Rec and St. Johns Regional Audobon for an exciting program all about birds!   Join them for a morning walk where students will get the opportunity to learn essential birding skills and techniques. Discover the fascinating world of local birds.

Each program is designed to complement homeschooling curricula … with an emphases on outdoor learning and environmental education.

All ages!

If you have binoculars, be sure to bring them.

October brings two different dates and locations.

Friday, October 2, 2026   — 10:00am-11:30am at Alpine Groves Park

Friday, October 16, 2026 — 10:00am-11:30am at Vaill Point Park Pavilion
