Menorcan Heritage Celebration 2026

Everyone is welcome to the Menorcan Heritage Celebration!  Hosted by the Menorcan Cultural Society, this annual event celebrates the arrival of the Menorcans in St. Augustine.

No admission charge.  So come out and enjoy yourself!

Parking will be available at St. Benedict Catholic Church parking lot, 86 M.L.King Avenue. With a Free shuttle to and from.

When: Saturday, March 14, 2026 | 11:00am-2:00pm

Festival Activities

* At Noon — Presentation by City of St. Augustine’s Poet Laureate 2025-2026 and Menorcan Cultural Society Poet Laureate … Dr. Ann Browning Masters

Other activities include:  Mullet Net Making * Storytelling & Songs * Menorcan T-Shirts, Books, Flags and More * Menorcan Family Photos * Family Crests * Datil Pepper Sauces & Jellies * Datil Pepper Plants * Live Music by Sam Pacetti * Presentation of the Menorcan Heritage Award * and Cake Cutting by the Easter Festival’s Royal Trio

Menorcan Clam Chowder is on the menu as well as Sausage Pilau, Shrimp Pilau, and baked goods.
