St. Augustine Food + Wine Festival 2026

The 6th annual St. Augustine Food + Wine Festival – a showcase of culinary, beverage and culture – is happening May 6-9, 2026.  Recognized by USA Today as “One of Florida’s Top 10 Food & Wine Festivals”.

And, it is being held at these locations:  Ancient City Farmstead and the Hyatt Place, St. Augustine/Vilano Beach.

The festival offers a wide variety of events for all tastebuds and budgets, from large scale tasting events to intimate learning experiences to master classes and more.  Highlighting celebrity guest chefs as well as local chefs, celebrity winemakers/proprietors, artisans and local craft spirits and beers.

All events are rain or shine & event programs are subject to change without notice.

Schedule of Events:

Wednesday, May 6, 2026  — 6:00pm
The Saltworks Supper at Michael’s: Kick off the festival an unforgettable coastal dinner. Begin with a cocktail hour, followed by a seated, multi-course dinner prepared by chefs Michael Lugo and Jason Stanhope.

Thursday, May 7, 2026 — 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Harvest Awards & Tastings at Hyatt Place St. Augustine/Vilano Beach: sample some of Northeast Florida’s best restaurants in one spot. And, enjoy tasting wines and the festival’s official beverages. Professional culinary judges will officiate as the restaurants compete for a coveted Harvest Award, (which requires the tasting dish to incorporate the use of a local ingredient).

Friday, May 8, 2026  
6:30pm – 8:30pm — ST. A Soirée at Ancient City Farmstead: a showcase of delicious chef and Pitmaster creations and unlimited wine, beer and spirits tastings.
6:00pm – 8:30pm — ST. A Soirée – VIP Private Tasting Lounge at Ancient City Farmstead:  providing early access and and includes Publix Liquors & Coca-Cola Open Bars, Spring Tasting Garden, Boar’s Head, Pi Artisan Pizza, and The Kitchen from Chef Ellie Schultze, along with signature cocktails and premier culinary and beverage tastings.

Saturday, May 9, 2026 — 2:00pm-5:00pm
Grand Tasting “Main Event” at Ancient City Farmstead: 21 years and older … all-inclusive tasting event with over 300 varieties of wines, beers and spirits and delicious culinary samples from over 20 of the region’s best, award-winning restaurants!  Live music, a variety of exhibitors, an artisan market, and a Publix Cooking Demo Stage.
New VIP Private Tastings Lounge — 1:00pm — providing early access with indoor and outdoor spaces and private restrooms. Guests will enjoy curated VIP Lounge premium beverage and culinary tastings; includes Publix Liquors & Coca-Cola Open Bars, Spring Tasting Garden, Boar’s Head, Pi Artisan Pizza and The Kitchen from Chef Ellie Schultze, along with signature cocktails.
