Join SJC Parks & Rec and learn how to power walk in one session. Pick up your pace to increase heart health and to increase muscle strength in your legs, hips and core.
Low impact … so it’s easier on the joints reducing the risk of injury. And, the technique involved promotes good posture and balance.
