Blue-collar in both life experience and approach, “Take It Slow” was one of the first songs Westbrook ever wrote. And, after recording the laid-back tribute to romantic relaxation for $400, its’ edgy vocal charm and warm country-rock buzz made it a bona fide hit, racking up more than 20+ million global career streams since its release.
