Military Veteran Fishing – Family Fun

A free, Military Veteran Fishing class is being offered … it’s Family Fishing. So, bring your entire family and have some fun fishing!

When: Wednesday, December 31, 2025 | 9:00am-11:00am

Location:  Frank Butler Park East

Class consists of hands-on activities as well as an opportunity to go fishing.  Please bring your own equipment if possible. Gear is available if needed.

Participants must possess a valid shoreline saltwater fishing license or fall under the exempt criteria determined by FWC.  Click for license information.

Designed in partnership with the VA to provide an opportunity for military veterans to gain skills and knowledge about fishing.
