Join SJC Parks & Rec at Pier Park Pavilion and Court 1 for Adult Yoga – Summer 2024.  Ages 18 and up.  Offering eight-week yoga sessions, each consisting of 16 classes.

Date | Time:  Tuesdays & Thursdays — August 6 to September 26, 2024 | 6:00pm-7:00pm

Learn various yoga skills through a combination of physical exercises, mental meditation, and breathing techniques. Increase your flexibility and muscle strength, plus reduce stress.

Participants — wear comfortable exercise attire including grip socks. Please bring your own yoga mat, towel, and water bottle to stay hydrated along with other items the instructor suggests.

Space is limited to 50 participants! Please arrive early to secure a parking space as it is also limited.

Cost: $35.00 each 8-week session | each session consists of 16 classes
