Audition Technique Workshop with Maggie Cox 

Attention all students in grades 8 – 12 who are interested in one-on-one coaching of their audition material!  Especially for those older students with a focus on college audition material and expectations.  You can ‘step up your game’ with this workshop.

When: Sunday, September 8, 2024 — 2:00pm-4:00pm

Where: Limelight Theatre

Students …. please prepare 32 bars of a musical theatre song (please provide tracks on personal device with bluetooth) and a 1-minute monologue. Please come dressed in audition appropriate attire.

Maggie Cox is a recent graduate New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts (NEW STUDIO ON BROADWAY). She received her Bachelor’s of Fine Arts (Musical Theatre) with Honors in May, even receiving an award for Outstanding Achievement which she was nominated for by her board of her faculty at Tisch.

Right after graduating, Maggie made her Off- Broadway Debut as Alison Bechdel in Fun Home the Musical. She also recently performed in a New Musical presentation composed by Andrew Lippa that is currently in development called Every Goodbye is Hello.
