Auditions are being held at Limelight Theatre for Thornton Wilder’s timeless classic – Our Town. Join the cast to bring to life this moving portrayal of small-town American life, love, and loss.
When: Saturday, August 16, 2025
10:00am-11:00am — Minor Auditions. Please arrive by 9:45am to complete audition forms!
11:00am-1:00pm — Adult Auditions. Please arrive by 10:45am to complete audition forms!
2:00pm-6:00pm — Callbacks … by invitation only. Please return to the theatre by 2:00pm. Materials will be distributed upon arrival.
Audition Details
* Prepare a memorized monologue no longer than 90 seconds from a classical American playwright (e.g., Tennessee Williams, Clifford Odets, William Inge, etc.)
* Actors are encouraged to come with a strong understanding of the play
* Bring a headshot and resume if available
* Callbacks will include cold readings from the script, which will be distributed during the day
