Summer is here and what better time to get outside and to head to Fort Matanzas for the Bird Walks and Classes being offered. Free of charge!
Enjoy bird walks through the nature trails – you’ll meet a variety of birds that call Fort Matanzas home. And, you can also learn to bird by ear.
No sign-up necessary. Be sure to bring water and bug spray. And, wear closed-toed shoes. Binoculars will be available to borrow while supplies last.
All participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Recommended for beginner birders or those interested in learning how to bird by ear.
