Fountain of Youth Elks Lodge Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony

The community is invited to a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the recently completed Lincolnville Community Redevelopment Area (LCRA) Institutional Rehabilitation Project at the Fountain of Youth Elks Lodge.  Afterwards, enjoy a self-guided tour to check out the interior improvements.

When: Tuesday, August 19, 2025 — 10:00am

Known for its’ rich cultural heritage, the Elks Lodge is a historic institution in Lincolnville. The rehabilitation project focused on historic preservation. Improvements included the repair and repurposing of its famous jalousie windows, updates to all mechanical and electrical components, installation of an elevator for ADA access, structural stabilization, flood mitigation and exterior/interior painting.  The project was partially funded through the African American Cultural and Historical Grant.
