Join instructor Angela DeGregory at the St. Augustine Art Association for Evening Yoga in the Gallery … Flow and Let Go.

Date | Time: Wednesday, August 7, 2024 | 6:00pm-7:15pm

The class will begin with a guided meditation and breath work, followed by a slow flow yoga sequence focused on letting go of tension in the mind and body.

All levels are welcome! Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just looking to try something new.

Be sure to bring your yoga mat and water.

No need to register in advance … just show up.
