Gentle Yoga Over 50 (Senior Yoga)
Join SJC Parks & Rec in the gymnasium at Solomon Calhoun Community Center for Gentle Yoga Over 50 (Senior Yoga) – Session 1. Offering eight-week yoga sessions, each consisting of 16 classes – ages 50 and up.

Learn various yoga skills through a combination of physical exercises, mental meditation, and breathing techniques. Increase your flexibility and muscle strength, plus reduce stress.
Participants — wear comfortable exercise attire including grip socks. Please bring your own yoga mat, towel, and water bottle to stay hydrated along with other items the instructor suggests.
