3rd Annual Hot Diggity Dog Day!

Stop by the St. Augustine Humane Society for their 3rd annual Hot Diggity Dog Day!   Admission is free and everyone is invited!   There’s a variety of educational activities like dog training demonstrations and pet CPR training along with free hot dogs and family fun.

The dog training demonstrations and workshops are led by renowned expert Joey Romer.  Romer has over 50 years of experience training dogs and 43 years in law enforcement working with K9 units. He’ll host an obedience workshop providing dog owners personalized guidance on obedience and behavioral challenges.

Additionally, David Slemp of First Coast Lifesaving will conduct a special Pet First Aid and CPR workshop.  There’s also an engaging meet-and-greet session with SJCSO Officer Melanie Merritt and her bloodhound, Daisy.

Other activities include an AKC Fetch trial by the German Shepherd Dog Club and a group obedience demonstration by Smart Paws Training.

The clowns, Skittles and Sweet Tart, will be showing off their artistic skills with face painting and glitter tattoos that will turn you into a masterpiece!
