JJ Grey’s Blackwater Sol Revue – a two-day music festival – returns to the St. Augustine Amphitheatre on Saturday and Sunday, May 25 & 26, 2024. Joining them will be … Lucero, The Allman Betts Band, American Aquarium, G. Love & Special Sauce, Sastang, and Anders Osborne Duo.
Presented by St. Johns County Cultural Events Division in partnership with Friends of Anastasia State Park, the Blackwater SOL Revue combines soul, rock, and blues in a way that naturally comes together.
JJ Grey, the North Florida sage and soul-bent swamp rocker, is headlining the festival with his band Mofro. Since his first album, ‘Blackwater’, back in 2001, Grey has been releasing deeply moving, masterfully written, funkified rock and front porch Southern soul music.
