Looking for a Senior Yoga class to strengthen your core and increase your flexibility? Join SJC Parks & Rec at the Solomon Calhoun Community Center Gymnasium on Tuesday & Thursday mornings. Ages 50+.
Offering eight-week yoga sessions, each consisting of 16 classes.

*Please Note: No class on March 19, April 16, 18, 23 and 25.
Learn various yoga skills through a combination of physical exercises, mental meditation, and breathing techniques. Increase your flexibility and muscle strength, plus reduce stress.
Participants — wear comfortable exercise attire. Please bring your own yoga mat, towel and water bottle to stay hydrated along with other items the instructor suggests.
Space is limited to 50 participants!
Cost: Zero for each 8-week session | each session consists of 16 classes.
