Spanish Food & Wine Festival 2026

Be sure to mark your calendars!  It’s time for the annual St. Augustine Spanish Food & Wine Festival … February 19-21, 2026!

The festival is all about Spanish Wine, Cuisine, and Culture and to connect St. Augustine to the city’s Spanish heritage / history.  It’s a Showcase of St. Augustine’s essence!  More than 100 Spanish wines will be available to taste along with Spanish inspired cuisine prepared by local chefs!

Festival Schedule

Thursday, February 19 | 6:00pm-8:00pm — Tapas, Wine & Spirits at Lightner Museum-Radzinski Family Garden.  Guests delight their palates with Spanish-inspired cuisine by local chefs while sampling a variety of authentic Spanish wine and spirits.  Featuring gourmet tapas prepared by local chefs.

Friday, February 20 | 6:00pm-10:00pm   — Cava Reception & Dinner at Flagler College – Solarium & Rotunda.    An elegant evening featuring a five-course Spanish menu crafted by local Celebrity Chef Michael Lugo and paired with exceptional wines from Chief Winemaker Alejandro López of Beronia Rioja. Experience an unforgettable evening of fine dining and music in the exclusive Ponce de Leon Hall Flagler Room and Solarium.

Saturday, February 21 | 2:00pm-5:00pm — Grand Tasting at Flagler College – Markland House.  An afternoon of Spanish wine, food and music set against the historic backdrop of Flagler College’s Markland House. Guests can sample 100+ Spanish wines served by the college’s Hospitality and Tourism Management Students and wine professionals. Carrera Wine Cellar will be on hand to help guests purchase their favorite bottles to take home.

* VIP Private Selection Tasting | 2:00pm-5:00pm — Flagler College – Crisp-Ellert Art Museum.  Gain access to an exclusive lounge with top-shelf Spanish wine pours and chef-crafted bites.
* Wine Education Seminars | 1:00pm & 2:00pm — Flagler College – Ringhaver Student Center.  Join engaging, instructor-led seminars of 4-5 Spanish wine tastings paired with artisan charcuterie, offered at select times during the Grand Tasting.
