SJC Parks & Rec Specialty Summer Camp – Boys Fishing

Offered in partnership with FWC Youth Conservation Commission Network.  This hands-on experience for girls is packed with expert lessons and the thrill of catching fish.

Campers receive their own rod/reel and tacklebox full of fishing gear. And, you get to take it home at the end of camp!

You’ll get to take fishing gear out on the water and learn safe boat-handling skills, how to use tackle and live bait in freshwater areas, how to clean and cook fish, and more.

When:  June 1-5, 2026 — 9:00am-4:30pm

Where:  San Sebastian River Park – Educational Classroom

Ages:  6th through 11th Grade (Campers must have completed 6th grade)

Cost:  $200.00

Camp Scholarships are available. To be considered, your child must qualify for Free or Reduced Lunch.
