Summer Music & Art Camp Registration
Great news! The Friends of the St. Augustine Amphitheatre (FOSAA) popular Summer camps are returning for 2024! Summer Music & Art Camp and Camp Rock are designed to encourage children to appreciate and explore the arts.
Summer Music & Art Camp Information
Applications for the 2024 Summer Music & Art Camp are accepted in-person only during registration on Saturday, March 2 from 8:00am to 1:00pm at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre.
Summer Music & Art Camp is for kids in the first through the sixth grade. Camp is divided into three periods: music, art, and group. During the music period, campers can explore one of five instruments based on their age. They are ukulele, guitar, rhythm, percussion, and recorder. Students can focus on multi-projects during the art period.
Offered Monday, June 24 through Friday, June 28, 2024.
Cost: $175.00 per child, plus a $25.00 non-refundable deposit. There is a $25.00 sibling discount.
Camp Rock Information
A unique, one-of-a-kind band experience for teens 12 to 18 years of age. Camp Rock focuses on rock music instruction and organization. Kids can focus on guitar, bass, drums, keyboards, or vocals. Please note – they must have some experience. Instructors will then group students into bands that will perform on the main stage of the St. Augustine Amphitheatre.
Through a generous partnership with Jim Stafford of Eclipse Studios, students will record their songs in a professional recording studio. Please contact camprock@eclipserecording.com to register for Camp Rock 2024.
Offered Monday, July 22nd through Friday, July 26, 2024. Studio time scheduled from Monday, July 29 through Thursday, August 1, 2024.
Cost: $300.00 per camper and includes a non-refundable $25.00 deposit.
Scholarships are available. Parents and/or guardians should submit a letter explaining why support is needed with their application. Fees can be pre-paid.
