Mark your calendars for February 11, 2024 at 3:00pm for the Sundays with SAMF (St. Augustine Music Festival) Concert!  This special Black History Month concert is at The Waterworks and features critically acclaimed pianist Kyle Walker.

Kyle’s solo performance entitled ‘Back to Blacknotes’ features the works of J.S. Bach juxtaposed with the music of neglected composers who speak to issues of oppression and inequality.

In addition to Bach’s Keyboard Partita No. 1 in B-flat BWV825, his program includes the composers Cecile Chaminade, Irene Britton Smith, Margaret Bonds, Samuel Coleridge-Taylor, Coleridge-Taylor and Florence B. Price.
