Free Sustainable Recycling Event

The City of St. Augustine has teamed with St. Johns County Utilities to offer the community a Free Sustainable Recycling Event.

Where:
* Francis Field — 25 W Castillo Drive
* Anastasia Island — 840 West 16th Street (behind Parks & Rec office) — Used Cooking Oil Only **

When:  Wednesday, January 7, 2026 | 7:30am-2:30pm

Items Being Accepted

**Used Cooking Oils –  vegetable oil, peanut oil, canola oil, etc.   No Motor oil!

Christmas Lights & Batteries – car, tool, and household batteries; Holiday light strands

Outdated & Broken “E-waste” (electronic devices) – computers, printers, laptops, cell phones, power supplies, and more

NO HAZARDOUS WASTE OR TVs.  NO MOTOR OIL.
