Join us at the Castillo de San Marcos on Saturday, December 14, 2024 – from 6:00pm until 8:00pm for the Holiday Open House! Free to attend!
Park Rangers and volunteers will bring the history of the Castillo to life! Experience the Castillo after dark and mingle with the soldiers, sailors, marines, and civilians who have served within the Castillo’s walls.
Cannon fire will signal the opening of the event at 6:00pm as well as the start of the annual Regatat of Lights boat parade through the Matanzas Bay.
Listen to the sounds of holiday merry-making and music by the US Navy Band Southeast while stopping in to experience nighttime vignettes of St. Augustine history. The concert begins at 6:30pm. Seating is limited!
