Military Veteran Art .. monthly art class for our military veterans

Military Veteran Art Class

Military Veteran Art Class is a free, monthly art class for our military veterans providing the opportunity to explore a new art medium or technique in our local parks and libraries.

The Friday, May 24, 2024 class is from 10:00am-11:30am at Alpine Groves Riverfront Field.  It is titled “Soap Carving”.

Fluid art is a fun painting technique that involves the use of fluid art mediums – like free flowing acrylic or very runny acrylics – to make beautiful abstract paintings.

Be sure to wear clothes and shoes that you don’t mind getting paint on.

The Free program is in partnership with SJC Parks & Rec, the SJC Library System and the VA.
