Nights of Lights runs nightly from November 15, 2025 through January 11, 2026

St. Augustine’s Nights of Lights 2025-2026 is celebrating 32 years of bringing joy to our community and visitors.

St. Augustine’s Nights of Lights is more than just a dazzling display – it’s an entire season filled with festive events that bring the city’s rich history and holiday spirit to life! From the sparkling Light-Up! Night to enchanting holiday markets, live music, art walks, tours, and more, there’s always something to enjoy during this magical time of year. Whether you’re looking to explore on foot, by trolley, or from the water, each event offers a unique way to experience the charm of St. Augustine’s holiday season.

Light Up! Night Schedule – November 15, 2025

4:00 pm
Gather in front of the Lightner Museum for a grand performance by Showtime USA, a local hip-hop dance team that sings and performs.

5:30 pm
Make your way to the gazebo in the Plaza de la Constitucion for a performance by the All-Star Orchestra who perform in grand holiday style each year on Light Up Night.

6:30 pm
At approximately 6:30 pm, the lights of the Christmas Tree in the Plaza de la Constitucion are switched on. This is followed by a ten-second group countdown that ends in the flick of a switch that turns on the Nights of Lights display.

Tours for Nights of Lights

St. Augustine’s Nights of Lights Tours offer a magical way to experience the city adorned with millions of holiday lights. From cozy horse-drawn carriage rides that bring charm and romance to festive trolleys weaving through the glowing streets, there’s something for everyone. Water lovers can indulge in a serene boat tour, marveling at the lights shimmering on the bay’s surface. Each tour presents a unique and memorable perspective on this festive wonderland, making the season truly special.

In addition to traditional tours, specialty experiences offer unique ways to enjoy the Nights of Lights. Private tours give families or groups a more intimate and flexible adventure through the illuminated streets. Alternatively, food and wine tours combine the stunning sights with tastings from local eateries, perfect for those wanting a more indulgent evening. St. Augustine’s waterfront and historic landmarks, draped in holiday lights, create a festive backdrop for any celebration, making it an ideal outing for locals and visitors alike.

Due to the large crowds on Light-Up Night, many of the tours will begin on November 16th.  Please check each tour for dates and times.

Special Light-Up! Night Shuttle on Anastasia Island

November 15, 2025 Only

Avoid traffic and park for free on Light Up Night ONLY by riding one of the free shuttles provided by Historic Tours of America.

The Anastasia Island shuttle will offer roundtrip service on Saturday, November 15th, Light-Up! Night from the locations noted below from 4:00pm to 11:00pm.  Passengers will be shuttled to the east end of the Bridge of Lions … at the corner of Gerado St. and Flagler Blvd. in North Davis Shores.

NOTE: The last shuttle will pick riders up from the east end of the Bridge of Lions and the Visitor Information Center to return them to their vehicles no later than 11 pm.

San Marco Lot

St. Johns County Health Department

Skip the downtown parking scramble this Light-Up Night by using the convenient St. Johns County Health Department lot at 200 San Sebastian View, just minutes from all the holiday magic.

Broudy’s Lot (198 King Street)

Grab a prime spot at Broudy’s Lot, perfectly positioned at 198 King Street. This convenient location puts you within easy walking distance of St. Augustine’s dazzling Light-Up Night festivities.
