Auditions at Limelight – Annie
Auditions are being held at Limelight Theatre for the beloved musical Annie – about the optimistic orphan who captures hearts (and maybe even saves a billionaire). Callbacks – by invitation only – will be on September 29 at 6:00pm. Please return to the theatre by 5:30pm.
When: Saturday, September 27, 2025
10:00am-12:00pm — Minor Auditions. Please arrive by 9:45am to complete audition forms and to guarantee an audition slot!
12:00pm-2:00pm — Adult Auditions. Please arrive by 11:45am to complete audition forms and to guarantee an audition slot!
Audition Details / Requirements
* Prepare 16-32 bars of a musical theatre song in the style of Annie. (You may sing from the show if you choose.)
* Bring sheet music in the correct key. An accompanist will be provided.
* NO Acapella singing
* Bring a headshot and resume. If you do not have a headshot, a clear photo is acceptable.
* Be prepared to write down all rehearsal conflicts
Dance Call
* All All actors will be asked to participate in a brief dance call.
* Please bring comfortable clothing and shoes that allow for movement.
Video Auditions
* If you are unable to make the initial auditions, please send your video audition and contact info to olearyjonny924@gmail.com with the subject line “ANNIE LIMELIGHT AUDITION”
Rehearsals will take place in the months of October, November, and December (Monday- Thursday) in the evenings at the Limelight Theatre and on Saturday mornings.
Performances dates: December 4-21, 2025.
