Power Walk Clinic for Beginners – Session 2

Join SJC Parks & Rec for this new program.  Each clinic will help you pick up your pace to increase heart health and overall fitness.  Finish with a friendly competition towards the end of the clinic.  It’s in preparation for having a Powerwalk Team in the Endless Summer 5K Run/Walk on November 15, 2025.

When: Mondays and Thursdays — October 2 – November 13, 2025* | 9:30am-10:30am
* Please Note: no October 9, 13, 23, 27, 30 or November 3

Where: Solomon Calhoun Center Gymnasium

Ages: 16 and up

Cost: Free
